Deborah M. Gage

President and Chief Executive Officer

President and chief executive officer Deborah M. Gage oversees MEDecision's ongoing mission to improve the relationship between healthcare payers, providers and patients while directing the company's continued growth and innovation. She is ultimately responsible for all aspects of the company's operations, including continued platform development, solution deployment and operational effectiveness.

Ms. Gage brings to MEDecision a diverse and successful career as an entrepreneurial senior executive in the healthcare technology, managed care and insurance sectors.

She previously served as president and CEO of GTESS Corporation, Dallas, a software as a service (SaaS) provider of payment technology applications for healthcare payers. She also served as President and CEO for RosettaMed, Houston, a developer of an electronic medical record patient intake application.

Ms. Gage was founder, president and CEO of SolutionPoint®, Inc., Dallas, a provider of database management and decision support software products for hospitals and integrated delivery systems. She began her career in healthcare technology as an early team member at The MEDSTAT Group (now Thomson MEDSTAT) - a healthcare analytics, decision support and clinical software systems company - where she served in a variety of roles, including vice president and general manager.

A graduate of the University of Michigan, where she earned both a BA degree in Economics and an MBA, Ms. Gage is currently chair of the University's Women's Leadership Council and a member of its Ross School of Business Visiting Committee.

Carole A. Hodsdon

Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer

With an extensive background in health information technology, Carole Hodsdon brings to her role as executive vice president and chief operations officer a wealth of experience and a proven track record of success with a number of well-known companies.

In her current capacity, Ms. Hodsdon oversees MEDecision's client operations, professional services and human resources organizations and is also responsible for the overall formulation, implementation and management of the company's technology strategy. She works closely with the product marketing team to direct software development initiatives consistent with MEDecision's business goals and client contracts, and manages the company's Requirements, General Availability (GA) and Release activities.

Ms. Hodsdon joined MEDecision after nine years with the CIGNA Corporation, where she held the positions of vice president of enterprise technologies, senior vice president of application development and senior vice president of eCommerce. She previously held management positions at Standard & Poor's, Unisys Corporation, and United Parcel Service, Inc.

Ms. Hodsdon received her BA degree from Loyola College, Maryland

John P. McGahey

Executive Vice President and Chief Revenue Officer

John McGahey brings more than 20 years of experience in Fortune 300, midsize and startup healthcare technology companies to his role as executive vice president and chief revenue officer for MEDecision.

Mr. McGahey specializes in designing and building national and international teams to develop and launch new technologies within the healthcare payer and provider markets. In his current role, Mr. McGahey is driving MEDecision's sales strategy to best serve the U.S. health plan and provider markets.

Prior to joining MEDecision, Mr. McGahey served as the chief revenue officer at Click4Care, a medical management software provider, where he designed and led all U.S. and international sales, marketing and business development initiatives. Prior to Click4Care, Mr. McGahey was the chief revenue officer at GTESS Corporation, a software as a service (SaaS) provider of payment technology applications for healthcare payers. Earlier in his career, Mr. McGahey held various sales and sales management positions at Automatic Data Processing (NYSE: ADP), Allscripts Healthcare Solutions (NASDAQ: MDRX) and Air Liquide Medical (Paris:AI.PA).

Mr. McGahey holds a Bachelor's degree from Marquette University and has published numerous articles on HIPAA technology solutions.
