Alineo Reporting includes a unique Plan of Care Reporting functionality. For example, a smoker may be enrolled in an asthma program. Their care manager may set the short-term goal of educating them about the hazards of smoking. As an intervention, the care manager might send the individual information about the benefits of quitting smoking and convince them to enroll in a smoking cessation class.
