MEDecision Vice President of Medical Home
Initiatives Matt Adamson will provide background on the medical
home movement and an update on how certain MEDecision customers are
supporting their medical home pilots. The session will feature
lessons MEDecision has learned through its increased involvement in
these initiatives and discuss the company's investment in solutions
that support the medical home concept, such as HIE, analytics
capabilities and care coordination tools.
Attendees will learn how enhancements to MEDecision's Alineo and
Nexalign products, along with the recent introduction the InFrame
collaborative health information exchange service, will help
bolster its medical home offerings. Mr. Adamson will also preview
MEDecision's medical home vision and strategy for the
future.
