Ellen, who leads Medecision’s customer experience (CX), brand and strategic marketing initiatives, holds a profound belief in the ability of the US healthcare system to advance to true person-centered care. She has been part of the executive team since 2011 and has helped the company achieve its status as a leader in integrated health platform solutions. A veteran business and marketing executive, Ellen has partnered with global, national and emerging healthcare service and technology organizations to help define, segment and penetrate markets, as well as build and deploy leading products.
She is particularly passionate about mapping and optimizing the customer experience, and plays a critical role in enabling the success of Medecision’s partnerships with leading health plans and health systems nationwide.
Prior to joining Medecision, Ellen served as a consultant and coach to high-growth organizations while leading Dalton Marketing Group (DMG), a firm she founded in 1998 to provide strategy and marketing program definition and execution. Ellen has also served as vice president, worldwide marketing and divisional president of GTECH Corporation, a leading global gaming and lotteries provider. In that capacity, Ellen helped design and launch consumer products within the $100B regulated global gaming market.
Ellen holds a BS from Dickinson College, an MS from Boston University, has done post-graduate work at Wharton and is design-certified by IDEO.
