Ellen Donahue-Dalton

EVP & Chief Marketing and Customer Experience Officer

Ellen, who leads Medecision’s customer experience (CX), brand and strategic marketing initiatives, enjoys her role in helping the US healthcare system advance to person-centered care through broad deployment of consumer-shareable insights. Part of the executive team since 2011, she has helped Medecision achieve its status as a leader in integrated health management solutions and services. Ellen serves on the advisory boards of End Well, a non-profit media platform and annual convening organization dedicated to transforming end-of-life options and choices, and the Aging Life Care Association, a national organization providing education, quality certification and advocacy for private care management providers.

Prior to joining Medecision, Ellen was a consultant and coach to high-growth organizations while leading Dalton Marketing Group (DMG), a firm she founded to provide strategy and marketing expertise in targeted industries including healthcare. Ellen also served as VP, worldwide marketing and divisional president of GTECH Corporation, a leading global gaming and lotteries provider. In that capacity, Ellen directed the design and launch of highly successful consumer products in the $100B global gaming market.

Ellen holds a BS from Dickinson College, an MS from Boston University, has done post-graduate work at Wharton and is design-certified by IDEO. She recently completed CX-Pro certification by Forrester.
